Dishub Vessel Levy Rates to Seribu Islands Return to Normal

Dishub vessel service levy rates have returned to normal

The Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) has set the levy rates for service vessels to the Seribu Islands back to normal rates starting November 21, 2023.

Water Transport Management Unit Service Implementation Unit (UPAP) Head, Suparto Napitu said the return of vessel levy rates is following Gubernatorial Regulation number 36/2023 on the Elimination of Administrative Sanctions.

"Dishub vessel service levy rates have returned to normal," he expressed, Thursday (11/22).

He explained the list of inter-island levy rates that had been determined was from Muara Angke Port. He said, zone I, a maximum distance of 20 nautical miles, is charged Rp 44,000 on the Untung Jawa, Pari Island, and Lancang islands routes, even between islands.

Then zone II, a maximum distance of 40 nautical miles, is charged Rp 54,000 for Panggang, Pramuka, Payung, Tidung, Kelapa islands routes, and Kelapa islands to Sabira Island.

As for long distances of up to 60 nautical miles, the passenger is charged Rp 74,000 for Muara Angke to Sabira Island.

"It includes platform levy fees and Jasa Raharja insurance but doesn't include application transaction fees," he asserted.

He added it does not change the purchase of boat tickets using an application called Jaketboat. This announcement has been announced throughout social media.

"We will keep providing the best service to the community," he uttered.
